The Global Brilliance Project

Everyone has the gems of brilliance in them, especially children!  Imagine a world where every child's unique brilliance is unleashed and celebrated.

1.  First believe that every child has gems of brilliance hidden within them.  Our job is to help them get those gems of passion and genius unleashed.

2.  Encourage young people to follow their passions.  That's the pathway to the unique expression of their particular contributions.

3.  Be willing to see beyond how a person at any age is showing up.  Always look bigger and deeper.  Their brilliance is in there just waiting for someone to call it out to play.

4.  Next, close your eyes and picture that young personhild in front of you.  Now, as if you're standing way back to take a big view, intend to see the brilliance of him/her and let yourself be amazed by what you experience.  You might see colours or pictures, hear sounds or words or simply sense the brilliance of this child.  Whatever you experience, be willing to be breathtaken by what you experience.  This is you calling the energy of their potential and brilliance to them. 

5.  Always, always, always celebrate a kid's creations.  Everything they do has brilliance in it and the more encouragement and acknowledgement they get for that, the more brilliance will flow through them.
